John,
You’ve likely heard the news. Senate Republicans have now filibustered both the Freedom to Vote Act and the John R. Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act — two critical pieces of legislation that will strengthen our democracy and protect every American’s freedom to vote.
This inaction is a disgrace. The American people deserve a debate. We need reform now.
So we’re not giving up. In fact, we’re turning up the heat — and need your help.
We have a two-track strategy. We’re reaching out to Republicans to build support for bipartisan reform, and we’re pressuring Democrats to do whatever is necessary to pass these reforms.
Can you reach out to your senators today and tell them to do what it takes to pass the Freedom to Vote Act and the John R. Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act?
Call your senators NOW at (202) 224-3121 and tell them to protect the freedom to vote and strengthen our democracy!

Tell your senators:
Inaction on the Freedom to Vote Act and the John R. Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act is unacceptable. These bills would protect our elections, ensure every American’s freedom to vote, end partisan gerrymandering, and much more. The Senate must not let these bills go by the wayside. Senators must do whatever it takes to pass them and strengthen our democracy.
The Senate needs to hear our voices today so that they know we are holding them accountable and expect them to do the right thing by passing these bills that will improve our democracy.
Thanks for all you do,
