Earlier this week, President Joe Biden signed the Bipartisan Infrastructure Deal during a massive press conference. Pretty big deal, right?

But do you know what Monday’s biggest story was in Iowa? Hershey releasing a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup “Thanksgiving Pie.”

Now, we’re big fans of seasonal treats, but shouldn't a historic investment in Iowa’s roads, internet, and water be the biggest news story of the day? We’re doing our best to share the news with Iowans, but the odds are stacked against us.

Here’s the deal: less excitement means fewer clicks and that means social media platforms don’t promote our stuff. That means we need to pay actual money to amplify our message and rely on folks like you to share it on social media.
