Dear John,
National Philanthropy Day is a celebration of the profound impact that philanthropy has on the fabric of society.
Each year, individuals choose to donate to nonprofit organizations at a volume that far surpasses foundations and corporations. ILCM invites you to join in this culture of giving by supporting us during Give to the Max Day tomorrow.
Your giving through Give to the Max Day will help fund ILCM’s work with refugees and asylees, and could also make both you and ILCM eligible for prizes.
If you give during one of the “power hours” tomorrow (10:00-10:59 a.m. and 10:00-10:59 p.m.), ILCM could win between $1,000 and $3,000 in prize money from GiveMN. Additionally, thanks to the generosity of local Orangetheory franchises, Vertical Endeavors, and the Minnesota Climbing Cooperative, you as a donor will also be eligible to win a prize too!
Donating to ILCM during one of those times will enter you into drawings for: a 10-pack of classes at the Orangetheory studios in Edina, North Loop, or Uptown (as well as an Orangetheory backpack, towel, and water bottle); two gift certificates for day passes and gear rental for two people at Vertical Endeavors; or four day passes and two t-shirts from the Minnesota Climbing Cooperative. The Vertical Endeavor certificates will be given to a random donor who gives during the morning power hour, and the Orangetheory and Minnesota Climbing Cooperative prizes will be given at random to two evening power hour donors.
Please join us in helping to welcome refugees and asylees home to Minnesota.
