Hello John,

After a full and productive year of collective action toward housing and racial justice, NPH along with our members and partners stand ready to keep growing our movement into 2022 and beyond.

Will you join us?

Your support can prepare us for what’s to come: riding the tremendous momentum we’ve built together as we continue to advocate for big, bold solutions that can tackle the critical housing needs of the Bay Area and California.

When I started my affordable housing career more than 25 years ago, working in different capacities for the Bay Area affordable housing movement, housing was far from the spotlight and received too little attention from our lawmakers and media.

Fast forward to today, and it’s clear that our housing issues have garnered significant attention, and are top of mind for voters and our elected officials.

So much so, that Governor Gavin Newsom, just a couple of years ago, dubbed housing and homelessness “the issue that defines all issues.”

What’s more, NPH alongside the wider housing justice movement has made a real impact for our neighbors and communities.

From passing transformative legislation to spearheading winning regional campaigns to executing impactful capacity building and racial equity initiatives; NPH has helped achieve more affordable housing, more opportunity, and more equitable and diverse communities, with much more work to be done together.

Witness Our Progress: View NPH’s 40-year timeline of accomplishments and our summary of the 2021-22 state budget, which makes robust investments in affordable housing and homelessness solutions all thanks to the ongoing advocacy efforts of our affordable housing movement.

But there’s still so much to do and we can’t do it without you.

Your tax-deductible donation at any amount will help us continue to advocate for critical affordable housing and homelessness solutions, offer timely and cutting-edge programming for our industry, and advance our collective work toward housing and racial justice into 2022 and beyond.

Thank you for all that you do every day.

Onward,
