On Monday, President Biden signed the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act into law. This means:

🛣 Nearly a billion dollars for roads and bridges

🚊 $66 billion for Amtrak improvements — including creating a line between Phoenix to Tucson

💻 $100 million for broadband coverage across Arizona alone

🚌 Three quarters of a billion dollars for public transportation

✈️ $348 million for airport infrastructure development in Arizona

💦 $8.3 billion for water infrastructure in Western states

I fought hard to include crucial investments for Arizona in this bill. They will mean a stronger economy, more innovation, and new job opportunities.
