6th Circuit Court to Decide All Vaccine Mandate Lawsuits

From the story: The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit will decide all qualified lawsuits challenging the Biden administration’s private employer vaccine mandate issued via the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, as determined by a random lottery required by federal law that the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation held Tuesday. DHS Continues Investigation of Horse Mounted Border Patrol Agents

Remember when Jen Psaki said this will be concluded withing the week?  It’s been months.  Katie Pavlich notes “At the time of the incident, the White House, Department of Homeland Security and media smeared the agents by falsely accusing them of “whipping” illegal Haitians. That never happened. The agents did nothing wrong.”

New York Ethics Board Rescinds Approval for Cuomo’s Book Deal

From the story: Cuomo will have to reapply for authorization from the board for the $5.1 million deal, according to AP. If he is denied, the board could go after the money the former governor was paid to author the book.
