Hey, friend: I know I've been in your inbox a lot recently, but this campaign to defeat Sen. Grassley (R-IA) is incredibly important, so I have to get this one last email to you before logging off tonight.

Last month was an intense one. First, we learned that I outraised Sen. Grassley in our first fundraising quarter. Our team of more than 20,000 grassroots donors raised more than $1 MILLION – including contributions from all 99 Iowa counties.

But then, Donald Trump endorsed Sen. Grassley at a massive MAGA rally in Des Moines. Despite Trump's dangerous conspiracy theories and extremist rhetoric, Sen. Grassley made it clear he's with Trump 100% – opening the floodgates for the rest of the GOP establishment to do the same.

Voters I meet on the campaign trail don't want a senator who defends conspiracy theories and stands by Trump no matter what. They want someone who fights for their families, understands the problems they face and comes to the table with solutions. That's not Sen. Grassley – and unsurprisingly, polling shows nearly two-thirds of voters don't want to reelect him.

The momentum on the ground is real, but with Trump doing everything he can to divide our country, and the GOP raising tens of millions to take back the Senate, we cannot afford a single misstep. That's why I still need to raise another $3,470 tonight to reach my critical mid-month fundraising goal.
