Friends -- We're in a critical phase of this runoff. To make all of the investments we need to win this election, we need to stay on track towards our big October 31st fundraising goal. We're already seeing more attacks against the Governor and as early voting approaches, we know these will increase.

To stay on track to hit our $25,000 grassroots fundraising goal, we need another 71 contributions before midnight tonight. We know that the Governor is out there fighting for Louisiana -- and tonight he took on Eddie Rispone in the only debate of the runoff. If you're fired up, friend, and want to keep the progress going, please consider pitching in right away.

We mean it when we say this election is going to be close. We can't afford to fall short on these fundraising goals, not with so much progress at stake.
