25 Years of Cycle Breaking On GivingTuesday, people around the world will come together to celebrate, support and champion causes they believe in and the communities in which they live. This year, our goal is to raise $25,000 by the end of #GivingTuesday to give the gift of reading to Native youth in domestic violence shelters and to help support our efforts to raise awareness and education on land and body violence to ensure a safe and healthy future. At CSAVNW, we believe there are countless ways to breaking cycles of violence. And a part of the movement to end cycle breaking is providing books for children and their families help support comfort in story and the daily bonding routine of reading. And we believe raising awareness and education on land and body violence contributes to the movement of breaking cycles of violence against Native women, children and communities.
