Dear Patriot,

Like in years past, this year's NDAA is a
disaster for liberty. . .

At a time when the federal deficit is
spiraling out of control with more than $6 Trillion in new
spending since the Coronacrisis began, the NDAA makes no attempt
to cut our bloated military budget.

Instead, it authorizes spending over $768
billion, with far too much of that going toward unnecessary and
unconstitutional military involvement around the world.

And it fails to do anything to stop the
indefinite detention of American citizens without any semblance
of due process.

But there's more. . .

It requires women to register for the draft,
an unprecedented move in the history of our Republic.

It contains a dangerous "red flag" gun
confiscation scheme for military veterans.

It's a bloated mess of wasteful and increased
spending, even though the war in Afghanistan is over.

The $368 Billion price tag is $37.5 Billion
more than the 2021 defense budget, and that's after we pulled out
of the most expensive war in American history.

And the U.S. Senate is likely to add dozens
of amendments that will make it even worse!

Who knows what surprises Senate Majority
Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) will have wrapped inside once he gets
his hands on it.

The military draft assumes the government
owns you and the last thing we need is to have women added to
that power over our families.

Forcing young people, regardless of their
sex, to fight, kill, and even die in war is the worst violation
of individual liberty a government can commit.

If the bill becomes law with this provision
included and a military draft occurs, women will be forced into
the military, and America will have equality in slavery.

Patriot, the defense lobby knows this
bloated, manipulated bill has been passed every single year for
more than six decades, which creates tremendous leverage for them
to load it up with a lot of provisions we would reject outright
as standalone bills.

We also must face the continued reality that
Congress wants to give out even more money for forays around the
world that have nothing to do with the defense of our country.

In point of fact, these forays make us more
vulnerable and less safe.

And with the holiday season rapidly
approaching, the rush will be on to ram this bill through at any
cost necessary.

IT'S UP TO YOU AND ME to put the Senate on
notice that we've had enough of the runaway spending and every
other bad provision the NDAA is exploited to pass.

Do not forget what's at stake now in this
year's version - forcing women to be included in the draft, which
is yet another step toward total control of the government over
the people!

and stop using it to exploit our men and women in the armed

With all the financial destruction of the

who said I was exaggerating in 2001 when I warned the PATRIOT Act

Snowden in 2013.

It's not exaggerating to make predictions
about the future of bad legislation and what it can do to destroy
our liberties.

And it's really not exaggerating when those
predictions continue to be right!

It's time to be courageous and call out the
abuses of the NDAA bill for what they really are - an
exploitation of our men and women in uniform, using their
financial well-being as a tool to line the pockets of lobbyists
and Washington, D.C. cronies.

Even though it was a botched and tragic end
to the War in Afghanistan, I'm encouraged that real progress is
being made to get our country out of endless wars, albeit very

With the war in Afghanistan finally over
after nearly 20 years, it's also time for the NDAA to reflect the
reality that times are changing and spending on military
adventurism is no longer popular outside of the D.C. Beltway.
