Ahead of Thanksgiving next week, a stunning 70% of Americans believe the economy is in bad shape, and the reasons why are no surprise. Families are facing difficulties buying a turkey and ingredients for their favorite Thanksgiving recipes amid significant supply chain issues. For those lucky enough to find everything they need, they are facing the most expensive Thanksgiving meal ever. And Americans traveling to be reunited with family will face record high gas prices.
Instead of addressing these problems, the Biden Administration’s solution to inflation is more spending, and Biden’s Press Secretary said Americans should buy expensive electric vehicles to deal with heightened gas prices.
Despite the failures of Washington, conservative-led states are leading economic recovery, blowing past pre-pandemic job levels by using budget surpluses to reduce taxes and get the government out of job creators’ way.
