Ocean Heroes know the answers are written in nature
Hi there -
Like you, we’ve been closely following the discussions from the COP26 Summit held in Glasgow, Scotland. There are three key things that came out of COP26 that are resonating with our team:
ocean action is required for climate action;on-the-ground action from advocates remains critically important to keep pushing policy agendas in the right direction; andplastic waste has been acknowledged as a key contributor to continued increases in greenhouse gas emissions and requires greater focus.
In the coming weeks we’ll share with you the first-person perspectives of two of our Contributing Editors, Dejea and Seyi, who were on the ground in Glasgow. These incredible leaders are also two of our Contributing Heroes on Issue #2 of the OH-WAKE Magazine. [[link removed]] "The Answers are Written in Nature" features guest columns by young UK activists Finlay Pringle and Ashton and Zara with clear and compelling calls to action delivered to global leaders.
