Hi John,
We won and flipped Georgia blue just this year, but this month was a painful reminder. No state is guaranteed to be blue forever.
In this week's podcast episode I talk with the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners in Georgia -- Ben Ku and Chairwoman Nicole Love Hendrickson. Ben won his seat in 2018 with the help of Run for Something, and Nicole won hers in 2020. They were both integral in flipping their county board entirely blue.
Join us this week as we take a deep dive into how county governments work, what the experience governing has been like since the board completely flipped, and why our work doesn't just stop after flipping a state blue.
Don't forget to subscribe for podcast updates!
Happy listening,
