Here's what's new in NGP.
Don't lose your mobile supporters When forms are content-heavy, mobile users can miss that there are form fields they need to fill out. You can focus your supporters on the action part of your form by turning on Auto-Scroll on Mobile. This will scroll mobile users right to the first set of form fields, making it much faster for them to finish and submit your form.
Never forget an important anniversary We’re making it easier for you to celebrate donors on their birthday or on the anniversary of their first gift with new filters in Create a List.
We’ve also added new Automation templates that will help you recognize these important milestones without having to manually send an email or SMS every day of the week. Use the new birthday or first gift anniversary filters to set your entrance criteria for a daily Automation - so you’ll never miss a chance to show your donors more love.
Keep an eye on your recurring donors Stay on top of all the changes happening with your recurring donors with the new Recurring Commitment Change report. This report will help you see any upgrades or downgrades in giving and track when and how the change was made so you can respond quickly to any new trends you are seeing in donor commitment levels.
Track your in-kind disbursement limits When setting up disbursement limits for your election cycles, you can now make sure that the limit is linked to the credited contact rather than the vendor by using the new checkbox. This helps you catch these disbursements in your over-limits reporting and makes it easier to accurately file your disclosure reports.
Phone number requirements for phone canvass responses To provide more insight into which phone number people were attempted at, phone number is now a required parameter when applying contact results via API for phone or text programs.
