- Find like-minded parents who are against vaccine mandates (not just against vaccines) - joining Stand Up California is an easy way to meet people in your county (https://standupcalifornia.com/)

- Educate parents - need to also reach parents who vaccinate, but who could be against mandates

- Identify your assembly member and senator (https://findyourrep.legislature.ca.gov/)

            - Go to their coffees, holiday events

            - Find a non-vaccine mandate topic of interest to them

            - Build a relationship with them on that topic first

            - Once you have that talk about vaccine mandates

- Give public comment at your local Board of Supervisors meetings

- Give pubic comment at your local school board meetings
