The time has come for us to take a moment to honor and celebrate our amazing Executive Director, Sarah Audelo, who will transition out of her role at the end of this month to make way for new leadership. But before she officially says goodbye, please join us in saying THANK YOU, SARAH! 

We are so proud of everything the Alliance has accomplished during Sarah’s time at the Alliance and her transition is bittersweet for us all. Here are just a few highlights from Sarah’s leadership over the last four years:

• Grown the network to expand in more communities
• Supported the leadership development of young leaders from across the nation whose organizations led epic voter engagement and issue advocacy organizing wins
• Moved more than $20 million to support local, youth-led organizations
• Shifted the narrative on the youth vote and youth organizing
• Expanded team to provide more types of specialized support to the growing network

We are so grateful for Sarah’s dedication to inclusive leadership, fierce commitment to trusting and uplifting young leaders, and unwavering passion for building young people's political power. Sarah has made a tremendous impact not only on the Alliance, but on the larger youth vote landscape. The Alliance is in its strongest place in its history because Sarah has fearlessly led our team to convene, support, and scale a national network of youth-led, locally rooted organizations. Join us in celebrating Sarah’s amazing achievements and incredible impact on the development of young leaders across this nation. 

Now, it is time to make way for the next generation of young leaders. Later this week, we will announce our next Executive Director who will take us to new heights!
