NGP VAN will perform necessary maintenance work on Friday, November 19, 2021 from 6 am to 7 am Eastern. This work will only intermittently affect our Targeted Email and Online Actions tools. Users will still be able to log into the main part of the platform, but access to Targeted Email and Online Actions will be limited.

 

Any Targeted Emails scheduled during this time will not send, but will be queued up and sent upon completion of our work. Additionally, Online Actions forms may not receive submissions during this brief maintenance window.
