Ask Your Attorney General to Fight the Federal Vaccine Mandate
Since the Biden administration took power, they have tried everything to trample on states’ rights. The latest federal takeover was an unofficial order issued by Biden himself forcing all federal workers to get the vaccine before January 4th or lose their job. Not only does it affect our federal workforce, but businesses that have over one hundred employees as well. This egregious overreach is stripping people from their livelihoods and freedoms.
Some states are already fighting back. Twenty-seven state attorneys general have filed lawsuits against the Biden administration. The suits explain that not only does this encroach on states’ police power, but the administration also violated the Administrative Procedures Act for not holding a comment period. Clearly, Biden and his cronies could care less about the opinions of the American people.
There is still time for other attorneys general to join the lawsuit or even bring up their own. States must stand up for our liberties in order to keep future generations safe.
