I know at times you hear me talk a lot about deadlines in these emails. Here are a few reasons why they’re so important and why we need you to pitch in $3 before tonight’s mid-month deadline: [link removed]

1. Regular deadlines help us keep track of our progress as a campaign. We’re constantly on the move and growing our team -- and knowing at all times what funds we’re bringing in is critical to our success.

2. We need to be ready to combat misinformation from Republican Ryan Zinke’s campaign. Whether it's him lying about his well-documented scandals in office or lying about election integrity, we need to be ready to fight back against Zinke and his out-of-state donors and corporate PACs.

3. Most importantly, these deadlines keep us honest. I’m running a grassroots campaign by and for Montanans -- that means it’s your dollars and your dollars alone, that fund our campaign’s movement.
