I don’t need to tell you: Maryland is a purple state.
Maryland is also ripe with opportunity for progressive change that would make lives better for hard-working families from Baltimore to Hagerstown -- we just need a Governor who will put in the work. I’m ready to do just that.
I’m emailing because while your passion, enthusiasm, and undying commitment to this grassroots team blows me away, our fundraising continues to fall short of what we need to win.

I don’t expect you to donate “just because.” I’m hoping you’ll donate because, like me, you believe that workers rights are non-negotiable, access to reproductive healthcare -- including abortion -- is imperative, and that your zip code shouldn’t determine the quality of education you receive.
In my view, every Marylander deserves a fair shot at a better tomorrow and as Governor, that’s what’ll guide me every day.
Here’s the situation: Republicans have won three of the last five gubernatorial elections in Maryland, and the current political climate isn’t favorable to Democrats. My election is far from guaranteed, so nailing this mid-month goal is incredibly important.
