As always, Josh has been hard at work to deliver meaningful results for North Carolina.

Last week, Josh’s office announced a $20,305 price gouging settlement with a Charlotte gas station that was charging $9.99 a gallon, ripping off its customers during the state of emergency after the Colonial Pipeline shutdown. Josh is committed to holding accountable those who take advantage of emergencies to inflate prices, and this settlement proves it.

Josh also unveiled a new online resource to help local governments fight the opioid crisis: https://ncopioidsettlement.org/. It offers resources to help communities decide the best ways to use their share of the nearly $850 million in settlements Josh helped secure for our state to combat this epidemic.

Thanks to your support, Josh is delivering results that protect North Carolinians and put people first. But the work is not done yet. There will be many more tough challenges ahead, and we need to make sure Josh has the resources to keep fighting. So we’re asking:
