Friend,

President Biden just signed the bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act into law.

This is great news, and I’m proud to have led bipartisan negotiations on this bill in the Senate with a group of my colleagues. I couldn’t be more thrilled about the once-in-a-century investment we’re making in our country.

This law will improve our nation’s crumbling infrastructure — our roads, bridges, and rails, our internet service and electrical grid. On top of that, we’ll be creating good-paying jobs and lowering costs and cutting taxes for working families.

Today, we celebrate this historic achievement. But we also have to acknowledge that there’s plenty of work ahead of us — on climate change, on voting rights, on protecting our public lands — to keep our country moving forward.

And one thing’s for sure: we’re going to need a strong Democratic Senate majority to keep building on this progress.

So I’m asking: Will you chip any amount today to help us build on our progress on infrastructure and keep fighting for more? [[link removed]]

Strong support from folks like you is the reason Democrats were able to win back the Senate majority in the first place, and ultimately get these critical investments in our nation’s infrastructure across the finish line. I can’t thank you enough.

Now let's stay at it.
