Today I stood with President Biden as he signed the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act into law. Your support and feedback helped me through negotiations, amendments, and more to achieve the largest single federal investment in broadband coverage, funding to improve Tribal access to clean water, and investments to repair and rebuild roads and bridges across the nation.

I’m looking forward to building on this progress by passing an extension of the expanded Child Tax Credit that’s already kept 3 million kids out of poverty and serving Coloradans for another term in the Senate but I want to share the honest-to-God truth with you: My team just told me that we’re going to fall short of this month’s fundraising goal if we continue at this pace.

Mitch McConnell, Rick Scott, and the National GOP have raised over $75 million so far this year to flip the Senate, and I’m on their top target list. On top of that, there are eight Republicans — including wealthy self-funders and corporate CEOs — running to take my seat, and my opponents came out overwhelmingly against this historic investment in job growth, broadband, and infrastructure that just got signed into law. I have little doubt they could try and reverse all that I’ve secured for Colorado and working families nationwide if elected. We don’t have to outraise them, team, but we do have to stay on track with our fundraising goals to fend off their attacks and distortions of my record.
