John,

President Biden just signed the bipartisan infrastructure bill into law! This will bring significant investment to the country's roads and bridges while also addressing climate change, expanding broadband, and improving our transportation systems.

While I'm thrilled this bill is now law, we have more work to do. "Infrastructure" is more than bridges and roads - we need to pass another bill, the Build Back Better Act.

This bill will significantly help the middle class and put more money in everyone's pockets.

If we expand universal child care and tax credits, our nation's kids will receive quality care while Mom and Dad can go back to work. If we expand Medicare to include vision and hearing, more people will receive the health care they need without having to worry about out-of-pocket costs. When we pass this bill and the largest of large corporations finally start to pay their fair share in taxes, we ease the burden on middle class families.

When we invest in America, we all win. But we need to know you're on our side so we can get this done quickly.

The middle class has to be in the driver's seat of economic recovery, and we can accelerate that recovery by passing the Build Back Better Act.

Republicans in our district are hell-bent on derailing these incredibly popular plans because they want to protect the status quo and their mega-donors - but I won't be deterred. I'll keep fighting every day to pass policies that help workers and the middle class.
