We have some MAJOR news! 🚨 81-year-old senator from Vermont, Patrick Leahy (who has already served 8 terms since 1975) announced this morning that he would not be seeking re-election for Senate, which means that the ONLY state that has never sent a woman to the U.S. Senate (or ANY federal office for that matter) might 🌟finally🌟 have a chance to elect one.
