When Joe Biden announced his unconstitutional national vaccine mandate, CPI and our partners were ready for the fight.
Just days later, we won the first round when the U.S. Court of Appeals blocked Biden's mandate pending further litigation.
Let me tell you how it happened.
As you know, Joe Biden doesn't have the power to force private citizens to get vaccinated for Covid. OSHA doesn't have that authority, either. Congress never gave it to them. The so-called "mandate" is a lawless, tyrannical abuse of power.
Conservatives have seen this movie before. Biden is running the same playbook his old boss, Barack Obama, used when he issued his illegal DACA amnesty order in 2012. Only with DACA, it took nine years for a court to declare its illegality. This time, it took two weeks.
The difference? CPI.
Even before Biden issued his mandate, one CPI partner organization - Russ Vought's Center for Renewing America - detailed why it was illegal, unconstitutional, and could be resisted.
At the same time, another CPI partner, Stephen Miller's America First Legal, drafted lawsuits to challenge the mandate in federal court. They are the ones who beat Biden in Court.
This is what we mean when we say CPI's job is to make all conservatives better at theirs. The Left has always had coordination between activists, communicators, experts, and policymakers. Conservatives never did: until CPI.
Now, not only are conservative policy thinkers coordinating strategy with legal foundations, but conservative members of Congress have taken the fight to Capitol Hill, opposing all legislation funding the enforcement of OSHA's mandate.
Meanwhile, all of our partners are using CPI's state-of-the-art recording studios to get their message out to the country, bypassing the woke, socialist filters of the mainstream media.
It used to be, this was how the Left fought, and why they won. Conservatives were fractured, disorganized, and
fighting for scraps of airtime from the Fake News propagandists.
