John --
It’s been an exciting couple of weeks here at the Republican Party of Wisconsin! The results of the Virginia gubernatorial election sent a positive message about the conservative movement that is growing across the country -- representing a sound rejection of Democrats’ failed policies.
We need to harness the organic energy that’s happening across America. At the WisGOP, we are encouraging Wisconsinites to get involved by serving as poll workers, volunteering, and making connections with their county parties to help send Tony Evers packing next year. - Team WisGOP
November 2nd's election night was a total rejection of Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and Democrats’ big government, socialist agenda. Major Republican wins in Virginia and elsewhere and the close race in deep blue New Jersey show that Americans are tired of Democrats’ government overreach, divisive policies, and agenda that has burdened hardworking families. In these races, Republicans focused on issues that matter to families and voters in all communities: education, keeping our communities safe, rising prices, and bringing back jobs.
Following the stunning victories across the country, the WisGOP held a press call to share our perspective on the positive signal that Virginia sent to Republicans in Wisconsin ahead of our crucial elections in 2022. You can read more about it in the Racine Journal Times here <[link removed]>.
In one of his most humiliating failures in his nearly three years as governor, Tony Evers’ “Fair Maps” were rejected in a stunning bipartisan rebuke of his leadership. Before 17 Democrats including Assembly Minority Leader Gordon Hintz voted against the maps, several Democrats blasted the maps as “a perversion of justice,” a “con,” and “stealing minority representation rights.”
Democrats have finally figured out what Republicans have known all along: Tony Evers’ Liberal Maps Commission has been a sham from the beginning. Evers never wanted fair maps; he wanted maps that tilted the scales in Democrats’ favor. The result was maps that failed through every step of the process — from their failure to abide by the Voting Rights Act, to their disenfranchisement of about 523,000 Wisconsinites who would be left representation in the State Senate two years. You can read more about it in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel here <[link removed]>.
Republicans in the Legislature recently held hearings to discuss the Legislative Audit Bureau report <[link removed]> on the 2020 election. The report found numerous issues with the Wisconsin Elections Commission’s failure to follow the law. WEC’s commissioners couldn’t make the appearance, although the highly partisan chairwoman Ann Jacobs found time to appear on the radio to bash the nonpartisan Legislative Audit Bureau. You can read more about WEC’s efforts to cover for their vast failures in 2020 here <[link removed]>.
In 2020, Derrick Van Orden gave Ron Kind the toughest fight of his political life. It’s no surprise that the National Republican Congressional Campaign committee announced Van Orden as one of the first round of candidates admitted to their Young Guns program, a program that has a record of success in helping Republican candidates get elected to the House of Representatives. Watch Fox News’ coverage of the announcement here <[link removed]>.

Tony Evers and Josh Kaul Turn a Blind Eye to Election Integrity <[link removed]>
Dan O’Donnell reported that Josh Kaul is dismissing legitimate allegations of fraud as “not an issue of statewide concern” — yet his staff at the DOJ’s Division of Criminal Investigation disagree and want to launch a statewide investigation. According to one source, “agents at DCI are more than willing to work election fraud investigations,” and the Racine County allegations could fall under the purview of elder abuse cases that the department is already investigating.
What They’re Saying: One Year Out From Election Day, Democrats Brace for Red Wave <[link removed]>
One year from Election Day, Democrats are already bracing themselves for the next round of the red wave that is sweeping the nation. Recent election results show that voters have had enough of Democrat leadership, and major Republican wins in nearly every corner of the country show Americans are ready for a change. Meanwhile, Democrats like Tony Evers run visionless campaigns that focus on running against Republicans in the Legislature while simultaneously taking credit for their accomplishments.
Teachers Union Tony Evers Flunks Again <[link removed]>
Failed “education governor” Tony Evers attempted to quietly veto a bipartisan education bill. This comes as recent DPI data quantified Evers’ failure to support kids, revealing that English language arts proficiency is down by over 16 percent, math proficiency is down by over 20 percent, and just 8 percent of Black students are proficient in math after Evers failed to lead on reopening schools. Meanwhile, Wisconsin’s education system has been flooded with over $5 billion in federal and state support in recent years. Evers has spent more time grandstanding about funding to make headlines than presenting real solutions to benefit students.
