We’ve seen how conspiratorial rhetoric can manifest in real-world intimidation and violence: recently, one of Tucker’s loyal viewers called Eric to threaten him and his family.

Now, with Tucker’s fact-free propaganda playing on televisions across the country, we can only hope there will not be off-screen consequences for people who disagree with Tucker and his followers.

Our country will suffer if this GOP, aligned so closely with Tucker’s bigoted extremism, is permitted to flood the halls of the Capitol. Once again, they have shown us their true colors — and we cannot allow them to control Congress.
