When our fundraising numbers went public last month, the strength of our grassroots movement shocked the political establishment. I'm proud of that, our $28 average gift – and you, friend. I want better for Florida and our country, and we're building a wave of grassroots support strong enough to win against Marco Rubio's far-right megadonors. 

But if there's one thing I learned from the GOP's wins in Virginia this month, it's that our fight to flip Florida blue is still an uphill battle. Together we're gaining ground: Recent polls have me neck and neck with Marco Rubio. But every dollar and every fundraising goal will make or break this race – and we're still $13,881 short of our critical Mid Month goal. 

The whole nation is looking at us, friend. Florida is one of Democrats' best pickup opportunities and could determine Senate control. With everything from defending voting rights to protecting reproductive freedoms hinging on who controls the Senate, missing tonight's goal isn't an option.
