As the President and CEO of Autism Speaks over the past five and a half years, I know firsthand the value and impact of gifts like yours in bringing us closer to a world where all people with autism reach their full potential. While my tenure has ended, there is still much to do. That’s why my husband and I are pleased to make our act of kindness to help accelerate even more progress. . .

For people like 29-year-old Matty, who is nonverbal, the transition to adulthood has been difficult. But through Autism Speaks, his family found a community of support and the hope that Autism Speaks-funded research could enable Matty to have his better future.

Or the Spanish-speaking parents of 25-month-old Jair, who thought their poor parenting was the reason for his behavioral issues. Through access to Autism Speaks resources in their native language, they learned about autism and how to get the support they needed.

The collective work throughout the lifespan and across the spectrum has been a hallmark of the evolution of Autism Speaks, but it cannot happen without the generous support of committed donors like us and like YOU.
