President Obama has a message for us, John:

"I know a lot of people are tired of politics right now. We don’t have time to be tired. What is required is sustained effort."

That goes double for redistricting. We know it can be discouraging to watch Republicans in state after state try to enact even worse gerrymanders than in 2011. But we can't stop fighting -- because what happens this year will determine what we can achieve over the next decade.
