**Nolan Center for Justice**
===============================

ACU’s Pat Nolan had dinner with the publisher of the California Political Review and asked him to increase their coverage on ACU. He also had dinner with Shawn Steele, the RNC National Committeeman from CA. Pat filled Shawn in on ACU’s regional CPAC’s as well as the move of big CPAC to Florida, a move Shawn said is a great development. Pat spent several hours with Floyd Brown who owns Western Journal and several other media outlets. They have over 5 million page views per month. Floyd is interested in highlighting more of ACU’s work. Pat attended a meeting with GOP leaders to discuss reapportionment. The meeting was to organize a grassroots campaign of Republican leaders throughout the state to shine some light on the potential modifications, and turn up the heat on them not to cave to the Left.Pat continues to get a great response to his article on the Clean Slate efforts. It appears that we’ve tapped into an issue that conservatives are enthusiastic about. It makes sense. They agree that once a non-violent offender has paid the price for their crime it makes sense to make it more likely that they’ll find work.
