The media is starting to take notice of our movement to take back the Senate in 2020, and now the conversation is shifting as CNN reports that a Democratic majority is within our reach.

I’m writing today to ask you to contribute to my 2020 campaign ahead of our end-of-month fundraising deadline, but first I want to tell you why your support is so incredibly important.
According to CNN, Democrats now have a real shot at taking back the Senate in 2020.
This is our opportunity, John. If we end Mitch McConnell’s era of obstruction and failed leadership, we’ll finally be able to move forward on the absolutely critical issues facing our country, like lowering the cost of prescription drugs, protecting the integrity of our elections, and battling climate change.
Even if we defeat President Trump, we won’t be able to make progress on any of these issues until Democrats control the Senate. And to make that happen, we must come together and defend our Senate seat here in Illinois and help elect Democrats across the country in 2020.
