We’re headed into a critical midterm election season with more than 30 Attorney General races to be decided in 2022.

We’re drawing up our plans for the coming year right now, and we want to send a quick email to check in and see what’s weighing on you and your community – what issues do you think are the most pressing for the coming midterms?

To win these races in states like Wisconsin and Michigan next year, we need voters to turn out for Democrats in droves. That begins by leading with heart and connecting with communities to let them know that Dem AGs are delivering on the policies that matter to them.

Democratic AGs have been hard at work the past few months, listening and delivering on the big issues:

• Michigan AG Dana Nessel introduced a new Jobs Court proposal that would help put Michiganders accused of low-level, nonviolent offenses into good-paying jobs. This move helps reduce the prison recidivism rate and makes sure that Michigan’s small businesses are able to find staff.
• Pennsylvania AG Josh Shapiro is fighting to protect the private voter information of millions of Pennsylvanians after two Republican state senators launched a sham voting investigation to attack election integrity.
• Wisconsin AG Josh Kaul traveled across the state to promote ‘Safer Wisconsin’, a huge package of legislation that, if enacted, would reduce crime, keep guns out of the wrong hands, and make sure serious criminal offenders are held to account.
