Tomorrow morning, I will be walking into a King County courthouse to deliver opening remarks in an historic trial against three of the largest opioid distributors in the country: McKesson, Cardinal Health, and AmerisourceBergen.
These are Fortune 15 companies. Each of these corporations takes in more gross revenues than the State of Washington.
We assert that these three companies fueled the opioid epidemic by illegally ignoring red flags and shipping staggering amounts of opioids into our communities. We are asking a judge to hold these companies accountable for their conduct.
Washington may be the first state to complete a trial against these opioid distributors and reach a judgment by a judge or jury.
Our goal is to put money back into the communities devastated by the opioid epidemic.
More soon,
Bob

Starting December 11th — less than a month from now — Washington state law requires a mandatory “freeze” on all fundraising for state elected officials — including Bob. This freeze begins one month before the state legislative session begins and lasts as long as the legislature is in session. In other words, Bob cannot accept any campaign contributions from December 11th until next Spring. We turn off our donation page after midnight on December 10th, 2021 and return any donations that come in the mail — no exceptions!
Will you support Bob’s campaign by making a contribution right now?
