Last week, congressional Democrats secured a significant win by passing
the $1.2 trillion Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.(1)

And once Congress passes the Build Back Better Act, the Democrats will
have achieved the largest investment in our infrastructure and communities
in history.(2)

Corporate Democrats and Republicans have blocked many other bills, so it's
important that we expand our majority in the House and Senate with more
progressives. Otherwise, we have at least two years of not just gridlock,
but a Kevin McCarthy-led push for a right-wing agenda that paves the way
for a Trump presidential run in 2024.

[ [link removed] ]We're making big plans NOW to keep Congress blue and moving forward on
a progressive agenda. Will you chip in $5?

Even though the infrastructure bill passed, there are corporate efforts in
place to keep it out of the news and try to paint progressives in a
negative light. It's going to take a gigantic grassroots push from groups
including Courage California to let voters know how progressive policy
changes our lives for the better.

We know Democrats face serious headwinds in 2022. The elections in New
Jersey and Virginia show that we can’t take a single congressional seat
for granted, and that will be especially true after Republicans
gerrymander more districts in their favor this year. We can’t wait another
moment to protect our Congressional Democratic majority.
