Hi John,

I’m pleased to say that the House Judiciary Committee passed my bill, The FAIR Act, out of committee. The FAIR Act would end forced arbitration and restore the right of Americans to seek accountability through the court system.

Forced arbitration pits individuals against corporate behemoths and their teams of lawyers, tipping the scales in their favor. Everyone should have their day in court, and a privatized justice system is the ultimate injustice.

With the full House planning to vote on the bill soon, do you think we should end forced arbitration? If you agree, sign our petition today demanding the House pass the bill.
