Governor Parson Announces Appointment of Talley M. Smith as Associate Circuit Judge for 10th Judicial Circuit?
(JEFFERSON CITY, MO) ??Today,?Governor Mike Parson?announced the appointment of Talley M. Smith as Associate Circuit Judge for Monroe County in the 10th?Judicial Circuit. She will fill the Associate Circuit Judge vacancy created by the retirement of the Honorable Michael P. Wilson. The appointment will become effective on November 17, 2021.
Ms. Smith, of Paris, currently serves as the Monroe County Prosecuting Attorney. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri?Columbia.
