This week, Mitch McConnell boasted that he thinks the midterm election “is likely to be a very good election for Republicans.”

We can’t let him be right about this, team.

We still have so much work ahead of us to expand affordable health care, lower the prices of prescription drugs, fight against climate change, and more. But none of that would be possible if McConnell was back in control as majority leader.

If we’re going to protect our fragile 50-50 Senate majority and continue making progress, we need to keep building the necessary resources to take on McConnell’s network of megadonors and win. That means hitting every single one of our fundraising targets, including our mid-quarter deadline that expires on Tuesday.
