Do you have a right to free speech?

 

Well, if you don’t have a special connection to a member of congress, the
Capitol Police Board doesn’t think so.

 

Recently, the Center for American Liberty has been locked in a legal battle
with theNancy Pelosi-Controlled Capitol Police Board.

 

And they’re shutting down peaceful prayer vigils while ALLOWING rowdy protests
from far left-wing activists.

 

I need your help today to make sure we have all the resources necessary to

If you’re not familiar with the story, let me catch you up:

 

For the last 30+ years, Reverend Patrick Mahoney has hosted peaceful prayer
vigils on Capitol Grounds on Good Friday, 9/11, and around Christmas.

 

But for the first time EVER this year- he wasn’t allowed to host the Good
Friday and 9/11 vigils.

 

Why?

 

Because the U.S. Capitol Police Board is refusing to grant a permit to anyone
who individual members of Congress don’t personally vouch for.

 

So, while Rev. Mahoney’s prayer vigil is being denied, protests by left-wing
radicals like Cori Bush are being allowed without consequence.

 

Can you believe that?

 

Why was Rev. Mahoney’s request to host a prayer vigil denied, while a
3-day-long leftist protest was allowed to occur without interruption?

 

The answer is simple.

 

Nancy Pelosi decided that SHE should decide whose rights are protected and
whose aren’t.

 

Her favoritism isn’t just unfair... It sets a dangerous precedent that
politicians can censor speech they don’t like.

 

Politicians should NOT have the power to decide who speaks and who doesn’t.

 

That is exactly why we just refiled a revamped version of our case against the
Pelosi-Controlled Capitol Police.

 

But legal costs for cases like this aren’t cheap. Will you contribute $30 to
help us protect freedom of speech and send a message to Nancy Pelosi that she
does not get to decide who is allowed to speak –and who isn’t.

This case will be a major turning point for curtailing Nancy Pelosi and Joe
Biden’s abuse of out-of-control government power.
