In case you haven’t been following along, things have been pretty busy in Washington!
Last week, the House sent a historic $1.2 trillion infrastructure package to President Biden's desk for his signature AND also took a critical step towards finally passing the Build Back Better Act.
Because Pramila didn’t let up in her fight for all of us, that vote will happen next week — giving us just days to make a strong case for childcare, paid leave, pre-K, Medicare expansion, climate action, affordable housing, and so much more. At the same time, corporate special interests continue to ramp up their attacks against these necessary AND popular priorities.
The midpoint of the big FEC fundraising quarter also happens to be approaching next week, which is why we’re setting a new goal: 2,000 contributions by midnight on Monday to power Pramila’s fearless advocacy for the Build Back Better Act and other progressive priorities forward.
So if you’re able, I’m asking: Can you make a $3 contribution to our campaign today? Every contribution, no matter the amount, is critical to building the resources necessary for continued advocacy on the Build Back Better Act and expanding our progressive coalition in 2022:
