Help us keep the pressure on till every vote is cast? ? ? ? ? Friend ? over the past few months, teams from LCV have gone all over the country. We've knocked on more than 338,000 doors. Distributed over 15,000 "Climate Action Now" yard signs. Met with more than 11,500 businesses who displayed support in their windows. Held hundreds of events with members of Congress and local leaders.

All with one goal: Action on climate. Now.

Next week, we're going to have our chance. The House is set to vote on the Build Back Better Act, the bill that represents by far the most significant action on climate, clean energy, and environmental justice in our nation's history.

In the leadup to this vote, I'm asking personally for your support. The fight to pass this bill has lasted months longer than anticipated. We've kept organizers in states across the country. We've kept ads on the air.

This campaign has been like back-to-back marathons for months ? and the truth is, now that we're finally getting to the vote with the finish line in sight ? resources are tight. Keeping our campaigns running from here ? it depends on our members.

So, if you're in a position to pitch in, please, renew your membership to LCV today. All it takes is $5, and a group of donors will triple your contribution. ? [link removed]

Last Friday, negotiations in the House hit a boiling point as leaders pushed to get the bipartisan infrastructure package passed. A key part of their agreement was a commitment that the Build Back Better Act will get a vote next week.

Friend, we've only come this far because of our movement's intense grassroots pressure that has made climate action the center of this bill. We're pushing on every possible front to make sure that members of Congress pass the "climate test" and take action to cut U.S. emissions in half by 2030.

Right now, we need to show a strong example. After the House votes, we will face a final hurdle in the Senate, where we need every Democratic senator to get on board. Even if the bill passes the House, where the margin is only three votes, without a strong showing there's a serious risk that it doesn't reach 50 votes in the Senate.

But you have the power ? right here and right now ? to play your part in curbing climate change and advancing environmental justice for communities hardest hit by pollution and extreme weather. Please, help keep our campaigns running. Triple your impact. Pitch in today:

Make a gift today and TRIPLE your impact ? $5 becomes $15. This campaign is too important to miss ? [link removed]
