Congress’ Wasteful Spending Spree Must End With Infrastructure Bill <[link removed]> – It’s
not too late for legislators to step back from the cliff’s edge and learn how to live within their means. That would involve ensuring that existing programs are on firm footing; focusing the federal government on core priorities by eliminating wasteful boondoggles throughout the budget and tax code; and improving the economy by getting government out of the way, rather than offering new flavors of corporate welfare. China delivers a hypersonic shot across the bow <[link removed]> – The United States hasn’t

Solving the civics crisis begins at home <[link removed]> – As the election results in Virginia and elsewhere demonstrate, many
parents are upset with how American history and civics are being taught in schools. And it’s hard to blame them. Some feel we are tearing down our nation’s past. Others believe we are not doing enough to tell the history of all Americans, particularly those in communities that have long been marginalized. The good news is that discussions are taking place in school districts nationwide over what we should teach our children. The bad news is that those debates may not resolved anytime soon. Why Every American, Vaccinated or Not, Should Oppose Vaccine Mandates <[link removed]> – Already, 27 states have filed lawsuits
against the government, and the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has temporarily blocked the vaccine mandate, raising concerns over the legality of the order. The question at hand is whether OSHA has the authority to issue such a sweeping vaccine mandate. Since Congress has not given OSHA that power, there are concerns that the decree is dictatorial in nature. Expert: Doug Badger <[link removed]>
