Victoria Embankment
This Sunday, to mark Remembrance Sunday there will be a full service of commemoration at the city's war memorial. This will include readings, music, and the traditional laying of wreaths.
The ceremony will begin at 10.45am with the traditional parade.
Spectators are very welcome but are asked to maintain social distancing wherever possible. To assist with this, there will be a large screen and PA relaying all of the ceremony and parade to ensure people can enjoy the service without the need to crowd together.

Nottingham Castle
Join the Castle's team of Explainers for a special tour of the Castle grounds, where you will have the chance to learn more about its military history. The tour will incorporate key memorials, and the stories of Nottingham’s most famous regiments, and individuals that served.
Tours are throughout the day and will include the Museum of the Mercian Regiment, which is located inside the Ducal Palace.

Old Market Square
On Monday, Nottingham's Christmas Market will open with a chance for visitors to safely enjoy a wide range of festive treats and experiences.
Highlights include a 33m high observation wheel, a new Après Ski themed pop-up bar, and chalet-style market stalls
New this year is the Christmas Village in Trinity Square that features a festive bar surrounded by a number of igloo-style domes.
