Will you add your name to support allowing Medicare to negotiate for lower drug prices?
Linda for California

Friend,

There's a bill in the works right now that will lower the cost of prescription drug prices for millions of Americans. It would allow Medicare to directly negotiate with the drug companies.

But here's the thing: Republicans are steadfastly opposed to this. So if we're going to build momentum to push this bill not just through the House, but through Mitch McConnell's Senate, we need to create a groundswell of support today.

Will you add your name to support allowing Medicare to negotiate for lower prescription drug prices? We need 5,000 signatures to make sure that we're heard.

The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) just estimated that this legislation would save Medicare $345 billion, because people will stay healthier when they can afford their medication.

For too long, Americans have been at the mercy of drug companies who artificially hike up prices. No one should have to sacrifice to afford the medication they need -- and this legislation will make a meaningful difference in the lives of so many.

So I need you with me on this. Please add your name today!

Thank you,

Linda
