Today, I’d like to take a moment to thank and honor those who’ve served in the
armed forces.

 

These brave men and women agreed to risk their lives for the preservation of
freedom in America.

 

Truly, our veterans are guardians of freedom, and their sacrifice is both
humbling and inspiring.

 

Today, Center for American Liberty hopes to the honor the sacrifices of those
who bravely serve and protect the American experiment.

 

I founded the Center because the freedom we enjoy is unique to America.

 

No other country in human history has come close to the freedom and prosperity
we enjoy today.

 

American freedom is one that people from around the world flocked to so they
could escape poverty, oppression, and religious persecution.

 

I know this because my parents did just that.

 

I was born in India in 1969, and I am so grateful that my parents chose to
risk everythingso I would have free and prosperous life.

 

That’s what our veterans fought for....

 

And that’s why we’ll do everything in our power to protect and preserve
American liberty from within.  

 

Their sacrifice will not have been in vain.

 

I hope you’ll join in thanking and honoring a veteran today.
