Today and every day, I'm so grateful for America's veterans and their families.

To all of the veterans reading this email: Thank you for your service to our country. You reflect the best of our national spirit. If you are a family member or loved one of a veteran: thank you for your sacrifice.

I am the proud son and brother of veterans, and I'm honored to have several veterans working in my office. I know we wouldn't be where we are today without the sacrifice and service of our veterans, and we owe them a debt of gratitude.

That's why honoring and serving our nation's veterans is one of my top priorities as a senator.

When our service members return home they deserve the very best. That means at a minimum they deserve a roof over their heads, access to quality health care, and enough income to put food on the table.

I'm committed to securing the resources necessary to support our nation's veterans, and I won't stop until our veterans have the quality of life they deserve and more than earned.
