Dear John,

I'm pleased to invite you to these upcoming virtual events hosted by OutRight Action International in collaboration with partners.

I am especially thrilled to draw your attention to an event we are co-organizing with the German government on inclusion of LGBTIQ people in development cooperation - an area of work in which our communities are too often left behind. I also hope to see many of you at our global convening for LGBTIQ equality - OutSummit.

Hope to see many of you at these events!

Maria Sjödin (they/she)
Acting Executive Director

OutSummit, December 8-10, 2021

Our annual conference for global LGBTIQ equality, OutSummit, is just under a month away. Sessions will cover topics ranging from countering attacks against comprehensive sexual education in schools, engaging more allies and funders to a severely under-resourced movement, and tackling censorship of LGBTIQ website content. Stakeholders, as ever, come from across state, private sector and civil society boundaries, creating a truly diverse space.

Sessions are tailored to work across different time zones, and will take place virtually over three days
. Have a look at session and speaker information and register to take part!

Many thanks to OutRight’s supporters who make OutSummit possible*

Including LGBTI People in Development Cooperation, November 24, 2021

Together with the Federal government of Germany, OutRight is hosting an event on advancing protection and rights of LGBTI people in development cooperation and foreign policies.
