We're hiring! Our organization has been growing both in size and in presence across the country. We're taking on new regional initiatives, innovative projects, preparing for our national conference, and committing to the national part of our role by supporting more remote positions. It's an exciting time with more flexibility. We've got some ambitious plans for 2020 to build the national harm reduction movement and opportunities are sprouting across the country for deeper, more intentional work. We have 37 staff across 7 cities and growing more national every day with new positions. There's plenty of opportunity to cross-collaborate on projects so you'll have a broad range of learning experiences during your tenure. Plus, all of our staff attend and support our national conference which will be in San Juan, Puerto Rico in October 2020!
Generous time off. We support our team members with...
* 20 days of paid vacation time a year that bumps up to 24 days after one year, 12 paid sick days, and 12 paid national holidays
* In addition to the above, our offices are closed from December 25th to January 1st as paid time
* Summer Fridays! Our offices close on Fridays at 2pm local time from Memorial Day to Labor Day
