New Orleans,

The COVID-19 pandemic was one of the toughest challenges we have faced as a city, state, and nation in generations, but we persisted.

From the onset of the pandemic, Mayor LaToya Cantrell enacted common-sense, science-backed COVID-19 mitigation measures, and when times got tough mentally, physically, and financially she fostered programs and partnerships to lift New Orleans up.

WATCH: ([link removed]) Mayor Cantrell has done the right things for the right reasons.

Mayor Cantrell created a meal assistance program that fed over 11,000 residents, provided 4,000 residents with emergency rental assistance, raised millions for the city's Gig-Workers Relief Fund, and allocated over $1.5 million in mortgage assistance to small landlords to help 500-700 households.

Mardi Gras ([link removed]) will roll in 2022 thanks to you!
Now, all the hard work and dedication of New Orleans residents have finally paid off. We are going to have Mardi Gras in 2022!

Vaccination rates are up, so Mardi Gras 2022 is going down!

New Orleans is nearing 80% of eligible adults in our community being vaccinated against COVID-19. That is the highest rate in the entire state of Louisiana.

We did it New Orleans. We set the bar for the rest of the state and country on how to get our city back to normal.

Stay vigilant, wear a mask if compelled, and get out and vote this Saturday, November 13th.

Sincerely,
Team LaToya
